Process

A clear, staged approach.

    Share the program

    The potential participant reviews the official mentorship information.

  2. 02

    Get permission

    Before submitting another person's contact details, the referrer obtains their permission.

  3. 03

    Submit referral

    Provide the minimum information required to identify and contact the candidate.

  4. 04

    Candidate applies

    The candidate completes the normal mentorship application and selection process.

  5. 05

    Referral qualification

    Fuchsius checks duplicate, eligibility and qualifying-event rules.

  6. 06

    Reward or closure

    If a current referral benefit exists and all terms are met, process it according to the published terms.
